Set against the backdrop of World War II in Los Angeles, the Culver Hotel’s manager entrusts his nephew with its care for a weekend. Seizing the moment, the nephew renames it the Hotel Rainbow and inadvertently fills it with an eclectic mix of guests, including royalty, assassins, secret agents, Japanese tourists, and munchkins.
