Commissioner Stan Jalard and Inspector Simon Lecache are ready to leave their policing days behind for a tranquil life in the West Indies. However, their plans are shattered during a nightclub visit when they encounter Schneider, a notorious gangster. Tragedy strikes as Simon is killed in the line of duty while trying to apprehend him.
