Sing, an avid cartoon reader, often fantasizes about fame and fortune. His life takes an unexpected turn when he inadvertently becomes involved with Wai, a gang leader, and befriends Wai’s adopted son, Chun. As Sing and Chun achieve notable successes, Wai's jealousy grows, leading him to plot against them to ensure his own son's ascendance in the criminal enterprise. However, the situation spirals out of control when his son ultimately turns on him, resulting in Wai’s demise and a shocking twist in their twisted family dynamics.
