Biography
Kimberly Jean Brown, born on November 16, 1984, is a talented American actress and former child model, recognized for her diverse roles across television and film. Brown made a significant impact with her portrayal of Marah Lewis #3 on the soap opera The Guiding Light, which earned her an Emmy nomination. She also gained fame for her role as Annie Wheaton in Stephen King’s miniseries Rose Red and as the beloved teen witch Marnie Piper in the Disney Channel's Halloweentown series, a character she reprised in two sequels.
By the age of 11, Brown had already established herself in the entertainment industry as a child model with Ford Models and showcased her talent in various Broadway productions. Her breakout film role came at 13 in the original Disney Channel movie Halloweentown. In 1999, she shared the screen with Janet McTeer in Tumbleweeds, and the following year, she starred in the Disney Channel film Quints.
Further expanding her filmography, Brown played young Christine Chapman in My Sister's Keeper (2002), Sarah Sanderson in Bringing Down the House (2003), and Tiffany in Be Cool (2005). More recently, she had a recurring role as Shana Taylor on AMC's Low Winter Sun and appeared in the YouTube series Christy's Kitchen Throwback. In May 2021, Brown joined the cast of General Hospital, continuing to make her mark in the industry.
