Keegan Connor Tracy, a Canadian actress and author, was born on December 3, 1971. She has garnered significant recognition for her performances in various television series, including her portrayal of Audrey Malone in the Showtime dramedy Beggars and Choosers (1999–2000), the Blue Fairy in the acclaimed ABC fantasy series Once Upon a Time (2011–2018), and Miss Blair Watson in the A&E thriller Bates Motel (2013–2016). Additionally, she played Professor Lipson in the Syfy series The Magicians from 2016 to 2020.
