Jacqueline Danell Obradors, born on October 6, 1966, is an accomplished American actress celebrated for her dynamic performances across film and television. Hailing from the San Fernando Valley in California, she is the daughter of Argentine immigrants, Angie, who worked in the church, and Albert Obradors, who owned an office cleaning business. Before embarking on her acting career, Jacqueline worked as a cashier at Hughes Market in Canoga Park.
Obradors gained widespread recognition for her memorable supporting roles in films such as "Six Days Seven Nights," where she portrayed Angelica, and "A Man Apart." She is particularly noted for her portrayal of Detective Rita Ortiz on the critically acclaimed ABC series "NYPD Blue," which she starred in from 2001 to 2005. Moreover, she showcased her talent in the film "Tortilla Soup" in 2001, playing the character Carmen.
In the realm of animation, Jacqueline lent her voice to the character Audrey in Disney's "Atlantis: The Lost Empire" (2001) and its sequel, "Atlantis: Milo's Return" (2004).
