Declan Joseph Oliver “Dec” Donnelly, born on September 25, 1975, is a prominent figure in British entertainment, known primarily as one half of the beloved duo Ant & Dec, alongside Anthony McPartlin. Donnelly first gained recognition through the children's drama series *Byker Grove*, where he showcased his acting talents. He later transitioned into music as part of the pop duo PJ & Duncan, further solidifying his presence in the entertainment industry.
