Kanichiro Sato (佐藤 寛一郎, Satō Kan'ichirō), widely recognized by his stage name Kanichiro (寛一郎, Kan'ichirō), is a prominent Japanese actor born on August 16, 1996, in Setagaya, Tokyo. Hailing from a family with a rich artistic background, he is the son of esteemed actor Koichi Sato and the grandson of noted performer Rentaro Mikuni. Currently, he is represented by the talent agency Humanité.
Kanichiro made his acting debut in 2017 with the film *Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterunda* (The Anthem of the Heart). However, his initial role was in the historical drama *Kiku to Girochin* (The Chrysanthemum and the Guillotine), which he filmed in late 2016, although it was not released until 2018.
Since his debut, Kanichiro has quickly established himself in the Japanese film and television industry, showcasing his versatility across various genres.
