Russell Napier
Biography
Russell Napier hails from Perth, Western Australia. Initially pursuing a career in law, he transitioned into the world of acting and made his stage debut in 1936. His on-screen appearances spanned from 1947 to 1974, during which he showcased his versatility by performing in a variety of comedic and dramatic roles across both film and television. One of his most memorable performances was in a live BBC television adaptation of H. G. Wells' classic work, The Time Machine, in 1949. While there are still photographs from this production, unfortunately, no footage has survived.
