Biography

Aimee Carrero, born on July 15, 1988, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, grew up in Miami, Florida. She graduated from Archbishop Coleman F. Carroll High School in 2006 and ventured into the acting world shortly after, beginning her professional career in 2007. Aimee quickly established herself in television, appearing in notable shows such as *Hannah Montana* (2006), *Lincoln Heights* (2006), and *The Mentalist* (2008). Her first significant film role came in the animated comedy *Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel* (2009).

However, she is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Angie Prietto in the television movie *Level Up*, which premiered on November 23, 2011. This film led to a series of the same name, where Aimee reprised her role in 2012, embarking on new adventures within the online game 'Maldark: Conqueror of All Worlds.' The series aired on Cartoon Network, the same channel that showcased the original film.

Aimee's next film project was the television movie *Blue Lagoon: The Awakening* (2012), alongside co-stars Indiana Evans, Brenton Thwaites, and Denise Richards. Since 2009, she has made her home in Los Angeles, California, continuing to advance her career in the entertainment industry.
