Keegan-Michael Key, born on March 22, 1971, is a prominent American actor and comedian, renowned for his work on the widely acclaimed Comedy Central series Key & Peele. He also gained significant recognition from his six-season stint on the sketch comedy show MADtv. Key's filmography includes notable appearances in major films such as Wonka, Toy Story 4, and Pitch Perfect 2, showcasing his versatility across various comedy genres.
Hailing from Southfield, Michigan, and raised in Detroit, Key has a diverse background; he is of African-American descent through his father and European-American descent through his mother.
