Pamela Dunlap
Biography
Pamela Dunlap is a versatile actress renowned for her extensive work in both film and television. She made her mark in the entertainment industry beginning with her role on the series *Ironside* in 1967. Over the years, she has appeared in notable films such as *I Am Sam* (2001), *The Holiday* (2006), *Changeling* (2008), and most recently *Wetlands* (2017). Dunlap has also made memorable guest appearances on popular television shows, including *Happy Days* (1974), *Law & Order* (1990), *Boston Legal* (2004), and five episodes of *Mad Men* (2007). In addition to these, she has appeared in *Castle* (2009), *Girls* (2012), and *Maron* (2013).
Bi-coastal by nature, Dunlap splits her time between New York City and Los Angeles, California. In New York, she has graced the Broadway stage in productions such as *Musical Comedy Murders of 1940*, *Redwood Curtain*, and *Yerma*, along with various Off-Broadway roles. In Southern California, her performances have been featured at esteemed venues including the Ahmanson Theater, South Coast Repertory, LA Theatre Works, and the Fountain Theatre. One of her notable roles at The Fountain was that of Rochelle, a middle-aged Jewish woman facing a crisis of faith, who reluctantly joins a flamenco class alongside other women, showcasing the theatre’s unique blending of narrative and dance.
