Paul John Ready, born on June 23, 1977, is a prominent British actor celebrated for his versatile performances across television, film, and stage. He gained widespread recognition for his role as Kevin Brady in the acclaimed series *Motherland* (2016-2022), and he has also showcased his talents as Lee in *Utopia* (2013-2014), Rob MacDonald in *Bodyguard* (2018), and Henry Goodsir in *The Terror* (2018). In film, his notable credits include *The Death of Stalin* (2017), *The Dig* (2021), *Heart of Stone* (2023), and the upcoming *Bring Them Down* (2025), demonstrating his ability to embody a wide range of characters in various genres.
Originally hailing from Birmingham and raised in Harborne, Ready honed his craft at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. At just 17, he made his mark as Romeo in the National Youth Theatre's production of *Romeo and Juliet*, sharing the stage with future star Rosamund Pike.
