Oliver Mansour Jackson-Cohen, born on October 24, 1986, in London, is a prominent English actor celebrated for his compelling performances in both television and film. He gained widespread recognition for his roles as Luke Crain in Netflix's critically acclaimed series "The Haunting of Hill House" and Peter Quint in its follow-up, "The Haunting of Bly Manor."

The son of fashion designer David Cohen and Betty Jackson, Jackson-Cohen grew up immersed in the creative arts. He attended Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle in London and honed his acting skills with the Youngblood Theater Company during his weekends. His acting career began at the young age of 14 with a part in the popular series "Hollyoaks," portraying Jean-Pierre, followed by a role as Marcus in "The Time of Your Life" in 2007.

In 2008, he appeared in the BBC series "Lark Rise to Candleford" as Phillip White.
