Biography

Anthony Anderson, born on August 15, 1970, is an accomplished American actor, comedian, and game show host. He is widely recognized for his significant roles in television dramas, notably portraying Marlin Boulet in K-Ville and NYPD Detective Kevin Bernard in the acclaimed NBC series Law & Order. His comedic talents shine through in sitcoms such as Guys with Kids and the hit series Black-ish, where he plays the character Andre "Dre" Johnson.

In addition to his television work, Anderson has made his mark in film with key performances in a variety of movies, including Me, Myself & Irene (2000), Kangaroo Jack (2003), Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London (2004), The Departed (2006), Transformers (2007), and Scream 4 (2011).
