Biography
Sir Michael Philip Jagger, born on July 26, 1943, in Dartford, England, is an iconic musician renowned as the lead vocalist and a founding member of The Rolling Stones. Over his impressive career, which spans more than sixty years, Jagger has established himself as a pivotal figure in rock music, celebrated for his distinctive voice, dynamic stage presence, and the electric guitar riffs of his longtime collaborator, Keith Richards. Together, they form one of the most successful songwriting duos in the genre's history.
Initially pursuing studies at the London School of Economics, Jagger left academia to pursue a career in music, quickly rising to fame in the 1960s. He gained notoriety not just for his musical talents but also for his flamboyant lifestyle and countercultural persona. In the early 1970s, Jagger expanded his artistic horizons by acting in films like *Performance* and *Ned Kelly*.
