Andrew Lin Hoi (Chinese: 連凱) is a distinguished actor from Hong Kong, originally hailing from Taiwan. He pursued his education in the Fine Arts Department at the University of California, Changdi, before moving to Hong Kong in 1996 to further his acting career.
