Edoardo Ballerini, born on March 20, 1970, is an accomplished American actor, narrator, writer, and film director. He gained recognition for his compelling role as Corky Caporale, a troubled junkie, in the acclaimed series The Sopranos. His notable performance as a fiery chef in the independent film Dinner Rush (2001) further solidified his status in the entertainment industry.
Ballerini is also celebrated for his exceptional talent in narration, having received the prestigious Audie Award for Best Male Narrator from the Audio Publishers Association on two occasions: first in 2013 for Beautiful Ruins by Jess Walter and again in 2019 for Watchers by Dean Koontz. In addition to his work in narration, he co-authored the Audible Original "The Angel of Rome" alongside Jess Walter in 2021.
Ballerini made his directorial debut with Good Night Valentino, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2003, showcasing his versatility and creative vision.
