Minami Takayama, born Izumi Arai on May 5, 1964, is a distinguished Japanese voice actress and singer. Renowned for her versatile vocal talents, she has captivated audiences with her performances in various animated series and films. Takayama is also a prominent member of the pop duo Two-Mix and was part of the well-known group DoCo during its active years.

Her voice is instantly recognizable, particularly for her leading roles in beloved classics. She voiced Kiki and Ursula in the iconic film "Kiki's Delivery Service" and brought life to Nabiki Tendo in the celebrated series "Ranma ½." Takayama also portrayed Moomin in the enchanting series "Moomin," and the titular character in "Yaiba."

Her talent extends to the long-running series "Nintama Rantarō," where she voiced Rantarō Inadera, and she gained further acclaim for her roles in the "Danganronpa" video game series as Hajime Hinata and Izuru Kamukura.
