Her career began with the Up-Front Agency, where she participated in projects such as Happy! Style and Team Dekaris. Currently, she is associated with Sigma Seven.

Ishihara gained fame as a member of the singing group StylipS until April 2013 and was also part of the idol duo YuiKaori alongside Yui Ogura. As a solo artist, she has made a mark by recording numerous character songs, performing in the voices of her anime roles.
