Biography

Gilles Lellouche, born on July 5, 1972, in Savigny-sur-Orge, France, is a prominent French actor and director celebrated for his wide-ranging performances in films such as "Tell No One" (2006), "Mesrine" (2008), "Little White Lies" (2010), "The Players" (2012), "The Connection" (2014), "C'est la vie!" (2017), "In Safe Hands" (2018), and "BAC Nord" (2020). His talent has garnered him several César Award nominations, including two for Best Actor for his roles in "In Safe Hands" and "BAC Nord."

As a director, Lellouche made his mark with "Sink or Swim" in 2018 and is set to release "Beating Hearts" in 2025, for which he has also received nominations for the César Award for Best Director.

Lellouche hails from a diverse background, with an Algerian-Jewish father and an Irish Catholic mother. He has a brother, Philippe Lellouche, who is also in the entertainment industry. His personal life includes a relationship with actress Mélanie Doutey from 2002 to 2013, with whom he shares a daughter born in September 2009. Since 2015, he has been with former model and jewelry designer Alizée Guinochet, with whom he welcomed a son in November 2022.
