Shinya Takahashi (高橋 伸也, Takahashi Shinya), born on December 5, 2015, in Yamagata, Japan, is a prominent Japanese voice actor, narrator, and moderator. Currently associated with Raccoon Dog, he previously worked with Pro-Fit, establishing a solid foundation in the voice acting industry.

Takahashi garnered attention for his role as Izuna Noriyuki in the anime series Ga-Rei -Zero-, marking his debut as a main character. His versatility extends beyond acting; he made his radio debut in the 18th episode of Ga-Rei -Zero- Super Natural Disaster Radio Countermeasure Room, where he became the first voice actor to be featured as a guest, further showcasing his talents.
