Samuel Fröler
Biography
Samuel Fröler (born 24 March 1957) is a renowned Swedish actor whose career took off with the television series Tre Kärlekar in 1989. He is well-known for his leading role in the popular soap opera Skärgårdsdoktorn, and has appeared in numerous films throughout his career. Notably, Fröler received a nomination for Best Actor at the 28th Guldbagge Awards for his performance in The Best Intentions.
In addition to his on-screen work, Fröler lent his voice to the character of Shrek in the Swedish version of Shrek 2. His filmography also includes a significant role in the 2003 American film Octane. More recently, he starred in the 2010 movie Pure, where he played one of the main characters.
