Louise Latham was a talented American actress, best known for her captivating portrayal of Bernice Edgar in Alfred Hitchcock's classic film, *Marnie* (1964). Throughout her career, she made a significant impact on television, with notable appearances on various series such as *The Alfred Hitchcock Hour*, *Perry Mason*, *Bonanza*, *Gunsmoke*, *Hawaii Five-O*, *Murder, She Wrote*, and *Designing Women*, where she played the unforgettable role of Perky, the mother of Julia and Suzanne Sugarbaker.
