Dustin Neil Diamond (January 7, 1977 – February 1, 2021) was an American actor and stand-up comedian renowned for his role as Samuel "Screech" Powers in the beloved Saved by the Bell franchise. In fifth grade, he made his television debut as the quirky, endearing character Screech in the series Good Morning, Miss Bliss (1987).
