Biography
Carey Hannah Mulligan, born on May 28, 1985, is a distinguished English actress renowned for her remarkable contributions to film, television, and theater. Over her illustrious career, she has garnered numerous accolades, including a British Academy Film Award and multiple nominations for prestigious honors such as three Academy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, and a Tony Award. In recognition of her achievements, she was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2024.
Mulligan's acting journey began in 2004 with her stage debut in Kevin Elyot's play, *Forty Winks*, at the Royal Court Theatre.
