Thomas Michel Cocquerel, born on September 6, 1989, in Sydney, Australia, has made a name for himself as a talented actor in both film and television. He gained notable recognition for his portrayal of Tom Raikes in the critically acclaimed HBO Max series, *The Gilded Age*, created by Julian Fellowes, which premiered in 2022. Cocquerel's filmography features a diverse array of roles, including performances in *OtherLife* (2017), *Billionaire Boys Club*, *Celeste*, *In Like Flynn* (2018), and *The Divorce Party* (2019).
Cocquerel's upbringing was uniquely multicultural; he was born to a French father, Patrick, and an Australian mother, Georgia, and spent his formative years in Spain, France, and the United States before returning to Sydney in 2001.
