Wataru Hatano is a prominent Japanese voice actor and singer, known for his affiliation with the talent agency 81 Produce. His career took off when he earned the Best Male Rookie Award at the 2nd Seiyu Awards in 2008, thanks to his memorable performances as Sam Houston in the anime series Toward the Terra and Tenshi Yuri in Saint Beast: Kouin Jojishi Tenshitan.
