Biography
Henry Albert "Hank" Azaria, born on April 25, 1964, is a prominent American actor and producer celebrated for his extensive voice work on the iconic animated series The Simpsons since 1989. He lends his voice to a diverse array of characters, including Moe Szyslak, Chief Wiggum, and Professor Frink, and has been recognized with four Primetime Emmy Awards for his contributions to the show.
In addition to his animated work, Azaria has appeared in live-action films such as Quiz Show (1994), The Birdcage (1996)—for which he received a Screen Actors Guild Award—and Godzilla (1998). His television credits include significant roles in Mad About You, Friends, and the Showtime drama Huff (2004–2006). His portrayal in Ray Donovan garnered him a sixth Primetime Emmy Award in 2016. Azaria also made his Broadway debut in Spamalot, earning a Tony nomination for Best Actor in a Musical.
