Vicky Kaushal is a prominent Indian actor renowned for his contributions to Hindi cinema. Born into a family with deep ties to the film industry, his father, Sham Kaushal, is a well-known action director. Kaushal initially pursued an engineering degree at the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology but soon shifted his focus to acting. His journey in the film world began as an assistant to acclaimed director Anurag Kashyap on the critically acclaimed crime drama Gangs of Wasseypur in 2012, where he subsequently took on minor roles in other Kashyap projects.
