Emilia Isobel Euphemia Rose Clarke, MBE, born on October 23, 1986, is a celebrated English actress renowned for her compelling performances across film, television, and stage. She gained widespread acclaim for her iconic portrayal of Daenerys Targaryen in HBO’s hit series Game of Thrones, which aired from 2011 to 2019. This role earned her four nominations for the prestigious Primetime Emmy Awards, solidifying her status in the industry.
In addition to her work on Game of Thrones, Clarke starred as Sarah Connor in the 2015 action film Terminator: Genisys and took on the role of Qi'ra in the 2018 Star Wars spin-off, Solo: A Star Wars Story. Her filmography also includes notable romantic dramas such as Me Before You (2016) and Last Christmas (2019), showcasing her versatility as an actress.
