Paget Valerie Brewster, born on March 10, 1969, is a talented American actress and singer known for her diverse roles across television and voice acting. She gained early recognition for her memorable portrayal of Kathy in the fourth season of the beloved NBC sitcom Friends. However, her career truly soared when she took on the role of FBI Supervisory Special Agent Emily Prentiss in the acclaimed crime drama Criminal Minds. Brewster became a staple of the series from 2006 to 2012 and returned for guest appearances before rejoining the cast as a regular in 2016.

Beyond Criminal Minds, Brewster has showcased her versatility through numerous other characters. She lent her voice to Elise and Mr. Mumbles in the animated series Dan Vs., and portrayed Frankie Dart in the final season of Community. Additionally, she voiced the character Birdgirl in Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, and played Sara Kingsley in the Fox sitcom Grandfathered.
