Shioli Kutsuna
Biography
Shioli Kutsuna (Japanese: 忽那 汐里, Hepburn: Kutsuna Shiori), born on December 22, 1992, is a talented actress of Japanese and Australian descent, acclaimed for her diverse roles across film and television. She gained significant recognition for her portrayal of Ran Mori in "Shinichi Kudo's Written Challenge!" and showcased her versatility as Minami Maho in the 2010 film "Beck." Kutsuna continued to impress audiences with her performances in "125 Years Memory" (2015), where she played Haru/Harumi, and in the highly popular "Deadpool 2" (2018) as Yukio. She is set to reprise her role in the upcoming "Deadpool & Wolverine" (2024).
Kutsuna also stars as Mitsuki in the Apple TV+ science fiction series "Invasion," which premiered in 2021. Her exceptional talent has not gone unnoticed; in 2014, she was honored with the Japan Academy Film Prize for Newcomer of the Year, marking her as a rising star in the industry.
