Biography
Joshua Thomas Radnor, born on July 29, 1974, is a multifaceted American actor, filmmaker, author, and musician, celebrated primarily for his iconic role as Ted Mosby on the beloved CBS sitcom, How I Met Your Mother, a series that garnered multiple Emmy Awards. Radnor embarked on his journey as a writer and director with his debut feature film, Happythankyoumoreplease, released in 2010. The film received critical acclaim, winning the Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival and earning a nomination for the Grand Jury Prize.
In 2012, he continued to showcase his creative talents by writing, directing, and starring in his second film, Liberal Arts, which also premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Radnor's theatrical endeavors include a notable performance as Isaac in the Broadway production of Disgraced in 2014, which was recognized with a Tony Award nomination for Best Play.
