Catherine Zeta-Jones, CBE, born on September 25, 1969, in Swansea, Wales, is a celebrated actress known for her captivating performances in both film and theatre. She began her acting journey at a young age on stage, eventually making her mark in television films across the UK and the US. Zeta-Jones gained widespread recognition in Hollywood with notable roles in the 1998 action film The Mask of Zorro and the 1999 thriller Entrapment. Her major breakthrough came with the 2000 film Traffic, which garnered her a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
