Lauren Elizabeth Ash is a multifaceted Canadian actress, musician, and comedian, renowned for her compelling portrayal of Dina Fox on the hit sitcom *Superstore*. With a strong foundation in improv, she honed her craft as a performer at Second City Toronto Mainstage and is recognized as one half of the comedic duo "Cory!".

Ash's talent has not gone unnoticed; she is a proud recipient of the Canadian Comedy Award, having won the title of Best Female Improviser in both 2006 and 2007.
