Kevin McKidd, born on August 9, 1973, is a Scottish actor and director renowned for his work in television and film. His notable television performances include portraying Lucius Vorenus in the historical drama series Rome, the role of Poseidon in the film Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, and Dr. Owen Hunt in the long-running medical series Grey's Anatomy.
