Biography
Féodor Atkine, born on February 27, 1948, is a distinguished French actor known for his extensive work in European cinema and television since the early 1970s. Hailing from Paris and possessing Russian-Polish heritage, Atkine's career spans several decades, during which he has also made notable contributions to English-language films. He gained recognition for his role as the Russian gangster "Mikhi" in the 1998 action-thriller Ronin, portrayed Woody Allen's brother in the classic Love and Death, and played the recurring character "Major Pierre Ducos" in the British television series Sharpe.
In addition to his on-screen performances, Atkine is an accomplished voice actor. He is widely recognized for voicing "Jafar" in the French version of Disney's beloved animated film Aladdin (1992). His vocal talents extend to television as well, where he lends his voice to Dr. Gregory House in the French dub of the acclaimed series House, M.D., and serves as the French narrator for the Law and Order franchise.
