Biography
Nathaniel Marvin Wolff, widely known as Nat Wolff, is a talented American actor and musician who has made a significant mark in the entertainment industry. He rose to fame as a composer and star of the Nickelodeon series The Naked Brothers Band, which aired from 2007 to 2009. This beloved show, created by his mother, actress Polly Draper, featured Nat alongside his younger brother, Alex. Their father, jazz pianist Michael Wolff, played a pivotal role in producing the series' soundtrack albums, which included The Naked Brothers Band (2007) and I Don't Want to Go to School (2008), both achieving impressive rankings on the Billboard Top 200 charts.
After the show's conclusion, Nat and Alex Wolff continued their musical journey as a duo, releasing the album Black Sheep in 2011. Transitioning to film, Nat garnered acclaim for his role in the 2015 adaptation of John Green's novel Paper Towns, along with notable performances in other films such as Admission, Behaving Badly, and Palo Alto, all released in 2013. His portrayal of Augustus Waters' friend in the hit film The Fault in Our Stars (2014) further solidified his status as a rising star. In 2015, he took on the role of Ed in Ashby and later starred as Light Turner in Netflix's adaptation of Death Note (2017), showcasing his versatility as an artist.
