Biography

Brian Stepanek is a versatile European-American actor, entrepreneur, producer, director, and screenwriter hailing from Cleveland, Ohio. His artistic journey commenced in Chicago, where he made a name for himself in musical theater. Notably, he earned a Joseph Jefferson Award for his outstanding performance as Bill Snibson in *Me and My Girl*, and he toured with the esteemed comedy troupe, The Second City.

Relocating to Los Angeles marked a significant turning point in his career, as Stepanek became widely recognized for his role as the quirky janitor Arwin Hawkhauser in the hit Disney Channel series *The Suite Life of Zack & Cody*. He showcased his creative talents further by producing, co-writing, and starring in the silent slapstick series *Brian O'Brien*.

Stepanek's film credits include a standout performance as Graham Kindell, the antagonistic maitre d’, in the Academy Award-winning film *Green Book*, alongside acclaimed actors Viggo Mortensen and Mahershala Ali. His television repertoire is impressive, featuring recurring roles in *Young Sheldon* as the cantankerous Hubert Givens, as well as appearances in *Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn* and *The Really Loud House*, where he reprised his animated role as Lynn Loud Sr.

Additionally, he has made guest appearances on popular shows like *Two and a Half Men* and *For All Mankind*, and he recently returned to his musical theater roots by portraying Max Bialystock in *The Producers* at the Renaissance Theatre in Mansfield, Ohio.
