James Edward Kelly, born on February 14, 1960, is a distinguished former professional football quarterback known for his impactful career in the National Football League (NFL), where he dedicated 11 seasons to the Buffalo Bills. Prior to his NFL tenure, Kelly showcased his talents with the Houston Gamblers in the United States Football League (USFL) for two seasons.
