Keiko Toda (戸田 恵子, Toda Keiko), born on September 12, 1957, in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, is a multifaceted Japanese actress, voice actress (seiyuu), narrator, singer, and talent. With a career spanning several decades, she has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry in Japan.
