Gemma Christina Arterton, born on February 2, 1986, is a distinguished English actress and producer known for her versatile performances across film and theatre. Arterton's artistic journey began with her stage debut in Shakespeare's Love's Labour's Lost at the renowned Globe Theatre in 2007. Shortly after, she made her film debut in the comedy St Trinian's, also released in 2007. Her portrayal of Strawberry Fields, a Bond Girl in Quantum of Solace (2008), garnered her the Empire Award for Best Newcomer, marking a significant milestone in her career.
