Sakiko Tamagawa (玉川 砂記子, formerly 玉川 紗己子, Tamagawa Sakiko) was born on January 20, 1962, in Tokyo, Japan. She is a versatile talent, excelling as an actress, voice actress, and singer, and is currently associated with Sigma Seven. Over her career, Tamagawa has brought to life a multitude of characters across various popular anime series.

Among her most recognized roles, she voices the character Rei Kuki in "Genji Tsuushin Agedama," and Natsumi Tsujimoto in the beloved series "You're Under Arrest." Additionally, she lends her voice to Kazama's mother in "Crayon Shin-chan" and Toyama-san in "Atashin'chi."
