Secret Eaters delves into the hidden struggles of overeating in a compelling British documentary series on Channel 4, hosted by Anna Richardson. Over the course of a week, participants with eating issues are filmed in their homes and unknowingly monitored by private investigators elsewhere. At the conclusion of the week, the shocking truth about their actual food intake is unveiled. Armed with this knowledge, participants are given a few days to adjust their habits before returning to reveal their impressive weight loss. Each episode also features a side segment where experts explore factors contributing to overeating.
