He navigates a chaotic workplace filled with colorful characters: his unpredictable boss Crystal, an alluring yet volatile arena owner; Alice, the charming marketing director and his casual lover; Alonzo, a perpetually cheerful ex-basketball player; Heather, his sweet but intimidating assistant with a fiery past; and Roman, Crystal's naive son and Ben's newest recruit. Together with the bumbling operations team known as the "Steves," the stage is set for comedic upheaval.
