Susan Murphy, known as Ginormica, and her band of Monsters have teamed up with the US government for special operations. Their latest mission takes them to Modesto, California, where an alien signal has been detected just before Halloween. Initially, the town seems festive and ordinary, with jack-o-lanterns adorning homes. However, as Halloween night unfolds, these seemingly harmless pumpkins transform into mutant aliens with a sinister agenda to conquer Earth. It's up to Susan and her fellow Monsters to thwart the gourd uprising and save humanity from their devious plot.
