Tim, a wealthy young socialite in Los Angeles, spirals into darkness following his parents' divorce. In an attempt to escape his loneliness, he drowns himself in drugs and reckless behavior, ultimately landing in a psychiatric facility. There, a compassionate psychiatrist recognizes Tim's potential and encourages him to confront his inner turmoil.
