Five years post-conflict between the Sanno and Hanabishi crime syndicates, ex-yakuza leader Otomo has taken refuge in South Korea, working for the influential fixer Mr. Chang. However, when a rift develops between Chang and the Hanabishi, putting Chang’s life at risk, Otomo is drawn back to Japan.
