Martial arts expert Tseng Tien-Tu is hired by the notorious criminal Lung Tung Chien to transport a priceless jade horse. However, when the horse mysteriously disappears, Chien demands Tseng’s entire life savings as compensation, pushing the bewildered Tseng into madness. Meanwhile, two crafty con artists, Li and Lung, attempt to persuade Tseng that Chien has betrayed him, hoping to manipulate him into revealing the location of Chien's hidden stash of ill-gotten gains.
